Geology : Predominantly Thanetian sands (Upper Paleocene era) with a small proportion of Ypresian silts (Lower Eocene era).
A year-after-year blend of wines made exclusively from Pinot Noir, old vines, on sandy soil. The goal is to erase the vintage effect to highlight the terroir and the grape variety.
